The Palace Pier (also known as Brighton Pier) is for sale for an undisclosed amount.
The sale of the Grade II listed structure includes the entire share capital of the Brighton Marine Palace and Pier Company, which was established by an Act of Parliament in 1888 to develop and operate the pier.
The Palace Pier became known as Brighton Pier in 2000 and has been owned by the Noble Group since 1984.
