Amanda Knox, the 24-year-old, American who was cleared in October of killing Meredith Kercher, her British housemate in Perugia, Italy, has signed a book deal said to be worth $4 million.
The publisher, HarperCollins, says it will be a “full and unflinching account” of her arrest and trial and will be published in 2013.
Seven publishers had submitted bids during a recent auction.
