A man in Hove has bet his £1.4 million house on Brighton and Hove Albion being promoted from the Championship to the Premier League.
He says that if anyone buys his house in Hove now, he will pay them back if the Seagulls win promotion, no strings attached, according to the Brighton Argus.
The Seagulls are ninth in the league, three points from a play-off place after drawing 0-0 with Hull away last night.
