Dog chases mountain lion up tree in Los Altos, California - video
Cody the German Shepherd dog gave chase when he saw a cat in his garden. The cat bolted up a tree and sat there for more than three hours. Yet, it wasn’t an ordinary cat, for Cody had scared a 110lb mountain lion.
The mountain lion stopped on a 40ft high branch and eventually made off in Los Altos, California.

Dog stung to death by swarm of bees
A puppy died after knocking over a hive and being sting by a swarm of bees, according to a Mail report.
The 15 month old German shepherd called Sara was rushed to a vet but died because she was so badly injured.
