Shot 40 times, buried alive and Star the dog still survives - huge support on Facebook
Rescuers were amazed to find Star the dog still alive after she had been shot 40 times in the head and dumped in a shallow grave in a disgusting act of cruelty in Malta.
Now thousands of people have 'liked' her page on Facebook and animal lovers will hold a silent protest in the Mediterranean island's capital of Valetta as police try to catch the people who dumped her.
By this morning, more than 17,000 had 'liked' her Facebook page: LINK
