British Gas: "We're sorry". So am I

When British Gas say "Send your enquiry online and we will respond in 24 hours", they do actually respond.

Indeed, they have been responding to my inquiry for the past 12 weeks now with the words: "I'm sorry that your complaint [or issue] isn't yet resolved."
