YouTube technology to blur faces on uploaded videos – rioters could hide identities
New technology is being introduced by the Google-owned YouTube video website that will blur faces automatically.
And, according to the Telegraph, it could mean rioters who upload clips could hide their indentities.
Several clips were posted on the site during the London riots last summer, including footage of men robbing Malaysian student Ashraf Rossli when they were pretending to help him. His attackers were identified and jailed.
Google says the technology will help to protect human rights in countries such as Libya and Syria.

Queen reopens Cutty Sark – £50m restoration of the Greenwich tea clipper after a fire in 2007
The Cutty Sark has been reopened by the Queen in Greenwich.
The tea clipper has been closed for six years for renovations costing £50 million after a fire.
Her Majesty had opened an exhibition at the 19-century tall ship in 1957.
According to the BBC, the Cutty Sark Trust wants to 'present the tea clipper as it would have looked when it was launched in 1872'.
The Cutty Sark opens to the public on Thursday.
So, time for another look around.

007's new car – a double-decker bus on the streets of London for the new James Bond film
James Bond's car for his next film, Skyfall, will be a big, red London bus, according to the Sun. Scenes being filmed around London involve a new Routemaster, brought back to the streets of the capital by mayor Boris Johnson after the double-deckers were scrapped by previous mayor Ken Livingstone.
The plot of the 007 film, starring Daniel Craig, is a secret, but the bus involves action in Trafalgar Square.
Good publicity for Boris, who hopes to be re-elected on May 3.

Road painters' funny spelling - where to catch a sus in London
We all do it - type the wrong letter, create a howler and, with a little bit of luck get saved by the spellchecker - or not as the spellchecker has a mend of its one.
But spellcheckers are a bit scarce when you are painting signs on the road and a mistake sticks out like a saw thum.
There's a great howler featured in the Sun… "Sus Stop" painted in big yellow letters just yards from a town hall in London.
