Excellent article in the Guardian about super-injunctions: Leaked superinjunctions are not the courts' problem - Joshua Rozenberg.
Basically, the moral of the story is: don't ask for an injunction if you have something to hide. You risk the order being leaked and it only draws attention to what you are trying to hide in the first place.
Sound advice.
