Apple iPhone 4S unveiled
Apple has unveiled the new iPhone 4S, which is said to be a faster version and includes a virtual "personal assistant" you can talk to.
The 4S is claimed to be seven times faster than the previous iPhone at rendering graphics and twice as fast at processing data, but it looks identical to the previous model.

War photographers using iPhone 'Polaroids' instead of cameras
Two experienced war photographers are using an iPhone and a simple app as their camera of choice to take stunning images in Afghanistan.
The app, called Hipstamatic, lets users take "Polaroid" type pictures and, combined with the iPhones, is perfect for use in the harsh environment of Afghanistan, they say.
Photojournalists Teru Kuwayama and Balazs Gardi were last year embedded with a battalion of US Marines. They tried several cameras, lenses and video recorders but found that the Apple iPhone was the "ideal, rugged piece of gear for southern Afghanistan".
"Before, I would have three cameras hanging off me," Gardi told the Guardian. "Using the iPhone allowed me to move much more easily."

IBM is 100 years old tomorrow - and it's still big 'Big Blue'
IBM (International Business Machines), the company that brought us the PC, celebrates its 100th birthday on June 17.
The firm dominated computing technology for many years, but blundered in 1981 when it introduced its personal computer but didn't want to buy the rights to the software that ran it, which was made by an upstart company - Microsoft!
A mistake with hindsight, yes, but today, IBM still holds more patents than any other US-based tech company, is bigger than Google and Apple and employs more than 425,000 people in over 200 countries.
