British Gas: "We're sorry". So am I

When British Gas say "Send your enquiry online and we will respond in 24 hours", they do actually respond.

Indeed, they have been responding to my inquiry for the past 12 weeks now with the words: "I'm sorry that your complaint [or issue] isn't yet resolved."

Babies banned from first class flights - Malaysia Airlines

Malaysia Airlines has banned babies from the first class accommodation of long-haul flights to give passengers peace and quiet.

The company says it has received complaints from passengers whose sleep had been disturbed by screaming children.

Babies will have to fly economy or business class.
