Head in Attenborough's garden murder victim

A skull found in Sir David Attenborough's garden is said to be that of Julia Martha Thomas whose body was chopped up and boiled in one of the most gruesome murders in London.

The head was discovered when the veteran broadcaster and naturalist was excavating an old pub in the garden of his home in Richmond, according to the Telegraph.

In 1879, Kate Webster pushed her employer down the stairs, strangled her and chopped up the body. She then boiled it and give dripping to local children to eat.

The rest of the body has not been found - don't think we'll speculate on where that went!
